This character is a hybrid poison/lightning javelin amazon that I've been working on for some time. I haven't gotten far into Hell, but I'm not expecting problems.

Max Poison Javelin
Max Plague Javelin
Max Valkyrie
Max Lightning Fury
Remaining points split between Decoy and Pierce

Equipment (sorta rich)

Armor: Bramble, hopefully +50%
Weapon: Titans, hopefully ethereal
Shield: Choice, but I recommend Sanctuary runeword or 4 Poison facet Jeweler's Monarch of Deflection
Helm: Shako w/ Poison Facet
Gloves: Trang
Belt: Tgods or Razortail
Boots: Choice, but I recommend War Travs or rares w/ resists
Rings: Raven and one other, preferably BK
Ammy: Choice, but try to get Leeches that you lack, resists, and skills. I use Crescent Moon currently.

Charms: Jav skills are necessary, resists will be lacking (except poison). You're not all that worried about AR because the elemental skills are the primary concern. Anni if you have it (obviously).

After my bonuses to stats, I total out to 180/195 for str and dex. Block is maxed (and I'm using a troll nest for Sanc). The play of the character basically involves Decoy and Plague Jav with a valk walking around with you. Holy Freeze is a good merc to have, but I use an A3 Cold merc, which freezes most monsters. Since the merc shouldn't be getting into melee if it's a mage, Isenhart's set should suffice for equipment.
