Here's my current
build for Wering_TrangOul
Summons
20 skeleton Mastery
20 Raise skeleton
1 skeletal mages (They don’t get more damage from more
points, just more mages. Just 1 point is enough for about
8 mages with good equip setup)
1 Golem mastery (prerequisite for Summon Resist, and helps
out your golem with + to skills)
1 Clay Golem to allow you to get summon resist (with all
my + to skills items, he has 9735 life in Hell, and
slows enemies 62%)
1 in summon resist
OPTIONAL:
1 in Blood Golem
1 in Iron Golem (I went down to Fire Golem, which was probably
a waste. However, his Holy Fire aura is supposed to attract
monsters to him, but….Clay is probably better, since Clay
slows enemies)
1 in Revive (This ends up being about at least 18 or more.
I usually run after battles, so my Revives don’t stay
with me. However, it’s nice to have Fire immune Revives
when battling Hell Diablo. Otherwise, my skellies tank for
me.)
Curses
1 in all curses necessary for Lower Resist (However, Dim
Vision is a nice curse to use when dealing with Gloams/burning
souls. Those lightning monsters suck. They stop shooting
when they’re blinded, so I was using it constantly in
the Worldstone keep. Use Decrepify against midlevel physical
damage monsters, and Amp Damage against physical immunes.
Why not max Lower Resist? 1 point will give you lvl 11 with
the equipment setup listed below, which is –56% resistance.
Maxed, with + 10 to skills, you get –65% resistance all.
Hmmm….that’s a waste.
Poison & Bone
1 teeth (prereq for CE
1 in Corpse Explosion (with 1 point in it, I have lvl 13
CE. That’s 6.6 yards)
1 in Bone Armor (your + to skills will boost it, and you
won’t get hit that often anyway.)
20 Poison Dagger
1 Poison Explosion (more if you can)
20 Poison Nova ( my necro currently has lvl 32 Poison Nova,
and I’ve only put 10 points into Poison Dagger. I have
a 1.09 Trang Shield, so I don’t have the –25% to enemy
poison resist. Yet, I still do 2216-2311 poison damage over
2 seconds.)
Strength: I went with 80-85 strength (the shield gives 25
strength, and you can use a charm with 1 str/a resist if
you want. This gives you 106 strength, which is all you
need. Or, depending of if you have an Annihilus with nice
stats, you wouldn’t need a charm, and you’d need lower
strength.
Dex: 0, or enough for 75% Blocking. You're not casting
bone walls/prisons because you're using summons, so you
could raise your block rate to be able to be safer from
ranged attackers. Plus, you could use those dex points to
help Poison Dagger for melee while you’re first leveling
up.
Vitality: At least 100-150. Bone Armor, high block %, your
summons, and the 25% damage reduced will all help you keep
alive with very little problems.
Energy: Base. Poison Nova can't be spammed, because it won't
be effective that way. Trang's has high mana regen (60%,
more if you p'skull the helm and armor). Points are better
spent in vitality and dex.

Transforms into Vampire
I've heard that the vampire form makes fast cast kinda hard
to be viable, so I don't think a Bonemancer build would
be good with it. You basically get + 5 to all Necro skills
with it, from the set bonus and the gloves/armor/shield.
Might as well put those to work with utilizing all the skill
trees.
Also, since you're using Lower Resist, you can use Fireball/meteor/firewall
while you're waiting to cast Poison Nova again.
Any + to skill levels will help those skills, AND fire mastery.
So 2 sojs, and a Mara's Kaleidoscope will boost you + 4
levels on each of those.
With those + to skill items, you get:
Lvl 23 Fireball 436-290
Lvl 18 FireWall 1946-1988 fire damage per second, 27 yards
Lvl 15 Meteor 920-1005 meteor damage, burn of 327-369 fire
damage per second.
And you’ll have –50% or so to monsters resist all with
your 1 point in Lower Resist.

Annihilus +1 if you can get it
Marrowalks if you can get them (the Bone Prison charges
should act as synergy points for Bone armor)
Graverobber's GC's + 1 to summons x however many you can

the game with this. I just got a Vex, so I could make a
HotO, but I’m holding off on that. HotO would boost my
